Being in the talent business, we recognise the responsibility we have towards making a contribution towards the sustainable development of young talent in our community. Human Capital Talent is an active supporter of the development of young people, supporting initiatives which develop confidence, health and well being in youngsters in the community.  Specifically, we directly support the folowing:

Harrow Mini Rugby:  Provision of  free off season indoor training facilities for the U9’s rugby team

MH BJJ:  Providing free childrens Brazillian Jiu Jitsu classes on a weekly basis

St Pauls School:  Annual financial contribution and staff support of initiatives and events.

Of course, we also strive to ensure that our business operations are sustainable and minimise the impact on the environment.

Specifically, using our video conferencing  facilities to minimise travel, utilisation of web based systems to limit the use of paper in our daily operations and the provision of recycling facilities in our offices.
